Fun and stylish, this retro style is a throwback to my favorite sneakers from the 1980s! I liked them so much, I purchased both green and black. These are perfect for wearing with a t-shirt and jeans or shorts and comfortable all day for everyday wear. I have a Haugland’s deformity (bony growth in my heel) and the backs are pliable and roomy enough for me—no heel pain. Indeed, the fit was true to size. Although they are comfortable enough for everyday wear, these are not supportive or cushioned enough for me to wear for sports, hiking, or long walks. The footbed is pretty minimal for a sneaker. I love these sneakers! They are comfortable and cute. Came packaged very nicely too. I'm not sure how people say they are true to size because they are not! I am a true 6.5. Every single one of my shoes and or sneakers are 6.5. I got these at a 6.5 and they were WAY too small!! Tight and my big toe was hitting. I even tried wearing socks that were thin and they were still too tight. And I do not have wide or fat feet. They just run small. I immediately returned them and ordered a 7 which fit perfectly. First off, I love the look and color of these shoes. They make my size 11 feet look small! Unfortunately, the toe box pinches off and pushes in on my big toe. The other negative is the poor cushioning in the foot bed and no arch support. It is minimal and the soles feel hard and not as pliant as I am accustomed to. No spring in my step with these!
