I usually wear between a 6.5 and 7 in women’s and the 5.5 men’s size fit in length fine. I initially got a 4.5 and it was way too small. Although the 5.5 size fit length wise, it was way too narrow in the toe box as I have wider feet. So I wouldn’t recommend if you have wide feet. They are fairly comfortable although they don’t offer that much arch support or cushioning. They seem to be good quality and I like the alabaster essential blue color logo as well as the beige-ish color of the shoe. These are my son's favorite shoes - reliable as they come! He'll use a pair until he needs another one and I was lucky to find these on sale! He is between a 9.5-10 and a 10 fits him great.
