I have 2 pairs of Nano 8s and they are both a men's 7 (women's 9) but the Nano 9's seem to fit a bit smaller. I originally ordered a 7 but my toe was jamming into the front of the toebox during workouts so I exchanged them for a 7.5 and they fit perfectly! I'd recommend ordering a half size up from the Nano 8's or a half size to a full size up from your normal shoe size. ... show more

This is my first pair of sneakers that I bought exclusively for the gym. I like to lift weights, whether free weights or machines. I don't understand why nobody ever told me to buy gym sneakers. These are so comfortable to work out in!!! I love these sneakers. Great quality and look sharp. I am a size 14 and wear orthotics. I bought a 14 and they fit perfectly. They are easy to adjust tighter or looser, so the orthotics didn't make a difference. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of gym sneakers. I love the Nano 9s. They are my favorite crossfit shoe. I ordered a new pair in grey. I got them in the mail and they aren't grey, they are grey and a very light purple color. I am sending them back and just getting some in black and gum color. I'm disappointing because I really wanted an all grey workout shoe, but I will not be wearing a purple shoe. I do a lot of cross training, squats, deadlifts, jumping and running. I have very sensitive feet due to an injury (nerve damage). So comfort with a solid fit are important. You feel very stable in these and there is a good cushion. And they are daily light weight
