This boot is a very affordable dupe of a Steve Madden shoe that looks identical but is at least twice the price. Or maybe the SM version is the dupe? In any case, I would recommend these boots! They fit me perfectly right out of the box, are super comfortable and true to size. I wear an 8.5 almost always, but sometimes have to go a half size up or down depending on the manufacturer. Not with these babies! 100% TTS. I agree with some of the reviewers that the boots can be hard to remove. They slid on pretty easily for me but, let’s put it this way - if you’re going over to a friend’s house who makes you remove your shoes at the door, I would maybe wear a different pair. There was some effort involved when removing these boots. I do have some concerns about the top being a little stiff and that it could potentially rub against the front of my ankle if I wear them for a long time. The suede version might have been a better choice. I ordered the cream version (non-suede). Might order another pair in suede, but I do plan on keeping these.

Kind of cute but wide. I will return and size down. I purchased another color in one 1/2 size down and those are great and very cute. I usually wear size 8 and sized down to 7.5 and love the fit. The gray is a very dark gray. A bit darker than photos appear on line.

These can go with almost every fall or winter out fit and I am able to free them up or down depending on the occasion. Definitely not the most comfortable shoes I've ever wore but they are good for a few hours until my feet start to hurt.
