It's a really great skates and it is really comfortable but it's not durable. I purchased it in May and received it in June. I only go skating on weekends and sometimes once in the week and it is already lifting from the back and its not like it's left in the sun or anything. I do indoor skating and it says it's good for outdoors as well so I know it wouldn't have lasted that long if it was being used outdoors. Am not sure if it's just this that has the defect but I really like the shoes even though it was bigger than my feet. I was even planing to get it in a smaller size ... show more

The boot isn't thick and it isn't really well made compared to other skates that I have used, but for the price of it, it gets the job done with roller skating. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who skates a lot and desires to learn cool tricks. The boots crease a lot and it doesn't really support my ankles. (I used it once already and notice the creasing) I assume this will not last a long time. If you compare the construction of these skates to riedell or impala or moxi you notice that the there are way less holes for laces and and the holes begin later for these boots. Great pair of skates. Our 14 year old daughter loves them. Lighted wheels are a nice touch. No problems with size or shipping. Price seemed high to me for a pair of simple skates, that are made just like my old pair, but my first pair was a long time ago.
