My husband likes them. The delivery was held up and late. We had to track them down (beyond the usual tracking method!) and, when they arrived, the box they were in was completely trashed! Somehow the sticks were not damaged.

I liked the bang for the buck. They were very well made, all straight. However, 2 had no tip. The tip for one of them was in the wrapper. No tip anywhere for the other.

The pool cues are very good. The packing done by the company was sub par. The chalk fell out as a result of poor packaging. That is why I gave them a 3 star vs 5 star….I didn’t receive the full order.

I looked at many cue sticks on Amazon before selecting the Redlek cues. This was my first pool table in the house but I'm fairly familiar with the game. I wanted a set of cues that were well made, and would hold up over time. Many of the reviews I read about these were fantastic, not so much on the other sticks. Craftsmanship was of utmost importance to me. I wanted a stick made of a hardwood not fiberglass and one that would not warp or be warped when it arrived, as I read in other companies stick reviews. These fit the exact desire of what I wanted. Sure they were a little more expensive than other companies, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for. I feel like I got more than I paid for. These sticks are excellent. Very straight, well made, well balanced and very solid on the strike of the cue ball. Also, the packaging for the shipment was outstanding. Each cue was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped as a set of two and then wrapped again and placed in a very strong construction grade tube for shipping. These cues are bare wood, no finish (most others have at least polyurethane), and no extra grip on the butt end of the cue. I'm considering wrapping them like I would a baseball bat. The tips are nice enough - overall good for the money to have a set of queues for guests to (mis)handle, and my son actually likes them, but I'm not sure I'm a fan. I worry that over a short time they will get dirty from being handled, and be hard to clean because of the lack of a finish. Time will tell I suppose. ... show more

    • Great Pool Cues for the Price - Update
I was given a pool table and was looking for new cues as the ones I inherited were warped. I selected the Redlek Pool Cues based on the positive reviews and price. The Cues arrived quickly after being ordered and were well packed. They are all straight and well made. We have been using the Cues for several weeks and have had no issues with them. I have tried all 4 and they all feel the same. The do seem a little light, however, I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy them again. Great value for the price. Update Dec 2020 - Reducing the Rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. We have used all of the cues repeatedly over the last several months without any issues. My cues came very quickly, and packaged nicely. Although I’ve haven’t used them much , I m very pleased with the craftsmanship and sturdiness of them.
