I placed the order on a Sunday night. Got a phone call from shipping that following Tuesday, that the package would be delivered that Wednesday between 11:00 and 1:00 PM. Package arrived at 12:45. That package traveled over 800 miles in 2 1/2days. Installation was very easy. The only thing is this fridge needs a deacated DC 12 Volt line for the heat. I had to add that. It was no problem. Working good so far. Been running 5 or 6 days. Changing door swing appears complicated in instructions, don't over think. Just do it. Latch the tricky part. Be gentle, all plastic.

Can't answer question fridge was not working when received I'm waiting for parts from manufacturer hoping that fixes the problem after $400 to have the old one removed in the new one put in it did not work they did say that they would mail the parts have not received them yet I'm not very happy

Shipper dropped it and the box was really damaged. But the unit worked when I tested it and I am hoping all will be OK. I like the Auto Switching feature and thought it isn’t clear in the manual, the reason for two 12vdc lines is the low current one supplies DC to the processor board and has to be on at all time, not much current draw there. The other 12vdc is high current, and only needs to be on when you are using DC to cool the unit [Drains the battery fast]. It arrived with the box smashed and ripped open. We tested the refrigerator, it did not work. FEDEX was awesome and allowed me to load the POS back on the truck. RecPro has refunded my money.
