I bought this Power Chair becuz I liked the bigger front wheels. With the dual motor it helps going up a small trench hold of the ramp on the sidewalk. I ordered this power chair for me and I was a little disappointed bcuz both arm side are too small and does not reach where it needs to be connected. Putting it together is very easy. I’m going to try to call or email customer service of this manufacture. And hope they can help me by sending me a longer arm to fit my powerchair. It’s foldable but I have to remove the foot rest to be able to fit in my is300 Lexus. This would be better if u have a van or an SUV for extra space. Comfort is good. Durability is good. I have a CHF of 16%, this is too heavy to lift in and out of the trunk. Awkward to slide in and out of car trunk. Hope these helps u.

Chair is not lightweight even with the battery removed. Seat is not wide enough for a person weight up to 300lbs. Good luck with returning, you'll have to pay $250 to return the chair. After chair was returned and tracking showed delivered on 5/31, I was told it was received and that I would have to wait until it was tracked down in the warehouse. I do not recommend this company. My is still waiting for a refund so that he can purchase another chair. As of today 6/11/2024 refund has not been issued and no further communication from this seller.

I cannot give enough stars for this. It has made my life easier. Light weight, foldable to put in the hatch of my Rav 4 upright. I can have it in and of my car in minutes. Very durable also. Will go on mud and grass and even a small amount of sand. Not beach worthy. We did take off the curb bumpers as my husband is the daredevil. We have had it 4-5 months now and the batter is long lasting and no complaints. So much cheaper than paying out of pocket for the heavier ones. This chair is a must buy!

This is a well built chair, easy to get into it and easy to get out of. This is the first electric chair I’ve ever owned. I was short that leaver to hold the controller on and connected with the seller and was quickly sent the part I needed and would give them 5 stars too for customer support and satisfaction. Being new to using this chair I have to say that the controller is real touchy. It moves even on the lowest speed quite quickly. I love ❤️ the chair, but am still working with it in the house and haven’t been outside with it yet. I will give another review once I venture outside. I am very happy with it so far and at the price I paid it is worth every penny. It folds well too!

This is a good wheelchair for someone who just needs portability and assistance for long distances, but I would definitely not recommend it for someone who has no use of their legs. Here's why I say that: 1)The placement of the front wheels is not far enough away from the foot rests, so when the wheels reverse it starts scraping on the foot rests and impedes their movement. 2) You can't rotate from a stopped position; you have to start going either forward or backward to get enough momentum to turn, which those of us in a wheelchair know is not always possible. In that situation, I have to use my legs to manually push and of course that kind of defeats the purpose of an electric wheelchair. 3) The motor is not stronger than gravity. If I'm going up or down a hill which has a slight sideways pitch or need to turn while on a hill, it will either get stuck or just start rolling in the direction of the slant (very dangerous). I'm learning to compensate for this, but on multiple occasions I've had to have my family push me or push myself with my legs or just get up out of the chair because it couldn't go where I needed it to. Once again, not practical or possible for everyone. I will note I'm on the upper end of the weight limit for the chair, so this may be a different experience for someone lighter, but I'm including it in the review because they chose the weight limit for the chair. I didn't. The big pluses of the chair are that it has a relatively small footprint, is easily portable, and is comfortable even for my big bum. I have yet to use up the battery, so I can't say how long it lasts but definitely long enough for small outings. Also, the charger was damaged in shipping and the seller replaced it for us, so service is good. Bottom line: it's a leg assistant, but not a leg replacement.

The chair was not as light weight as I thought it would be, I contacted the seller and he was very kind and quick to respond and easy to work with. I did decide to keep the chair.Note to the seller "My mother loves this chair she rides it in the neighborhood and she visits her friends and she loves it! You were right it's a very good chair. Thank you.. I give 5 stars even though this chair was not as light weight as I hoped it to be seeing my mother smiling and feeling independent again makes it all worth it . The chair is really worth having for home and outside activities.

I purchased this for my 9 day Alaska Cruise in October 2024. On the 3rd day of our cruise we were at a port and catching a shuttle. When we tried to remove the battery to fold up the chair to stow it on the bus, a bolt that holds that bar for the battery to sit on broke off causing the battery to fall which pulled the battery cables apart ripping the cable out of the red connector. Which then caused sparks and no one could touch the cables or the battery. We finally were able to get someone from maintenance to get some black electrical tape to tape them off, but I was forced to use the chair in manual mode for the rest of my 9 day trip. Someone had to push me around! I was embarrassed and upset that this chair was not constructed better and that I was forced as a ADA disabled person to not be able to independently use this chair the way it was designed; Motorized.
