This came well packaged. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Needed two hours charging and was ready to use. Was so nice to watch TV without having to run everyone else out of room due to loudness. Earbuds are in a nice case easy to charge.

I got this for my mother in law who couldn't afford hearing aids but struggles significantly with hearing. She actually started crying after putting them in. She could fully hear her grandkids without asking multiple times to repeat themselves or just only hearing parts of the conversation. She is able to get a full days use with one battery life which is another positive. The charging case is small enough to not be bulky but big enough to find.
