    • On a 12 hour charge I only got three hours of working light on low mode. They claim you get six.

Great Light, even if very heavy and bulky. Light died after 5 or 6 weeks... still haven't figured out HOW TO ''RECHARGE''. And the battery size? Must only be standard in foreign countries... certainly NOT in the USA! Way too much of a pain in my arse to even consider buying again! Nope.

The media could not be loaded. I have many LED head lamps but none of this size. This light is bright and has many features, some more useful than others, but I agree with another reviewer that it's missing solid red. The rear LEDs would be good for biking, but would otherwise blind the person behind you if using it for exploring. I personally didn't find any use or benefit to flashing red and blue lights, similar to police lights. Kind of sketchy in my opinion The lighting options on the front are: 1st press - Primary LED on (adjustable focal length by extending lens barrel 2nd press - Primary LED + side LEDs on 3rd press - Side LEDs on only 4th press - Side LEDs flashing red 5th press - all LEDs off The rear LED array has 1st press - All 4 LEDs on high 2nd press - All 4 LEDs on low 3rd press - Two outer LEDs flashing red and blue 4th press - All LEDs off Construction of the light itself appears to be solid: * main housing is aluminum or other lightweight alloy, but rear cap is plastic * extension barrel is aluminum or other lightweight alloy * lenses are acrylic * rear battery case is hard plastic * forehead area is hard plastic Another disappointment is in the design of how the lens housing is held into position is the lack of a tension screw that can be adjusted. Instead it uses parts that will wear down and eventually fail causing the lamp to flop around. It's hard to describe, but you can see what I am referring to in the picture. ... show more

This light is bright! Really bright. I mean that in the best way. Don’t look directly into it kinda’ bright. Like, stand too close and you may get a tan kinda’ bright. Hyperbole, of course; I’m just trying to make a point. Perfect for night fishing and night hunting. The telescoping light on the front brings things into focus from pretty far away.
