Weld slag in the tapered ball joint shaft is always good right? The metal bushing sleeves were unpainted too. Other than 20 minutes to fix both of them it’s not bad quality, what can you expect for a $60 control arm you know? The ac delco ball joint IS NOT INCLUDED, just wanted to clarify so people don’t get upset when they don’t get the bj with this control arm, that is all. ... show more

You can see from the pics where the problem lies. The factory part isn’t welded, china part is a 2 piece with a big weld that interferes with the motion of travel. Wasn’t fitting right, ended up banging it on and wouldn’t move correctly. It was binding, took an air hammer to knock it in a bit, but that didn’t help enough. Ended up using an angle grinder to modify the part. Supposed to be an easy night, turned into more fun.. should have just pressed new bushings into the factory part, would have been faster overall. ... show more
