I bought this blending brush as a backup for the one I already have, but it’s larger and too large for my face. The brush sold here is the RT212 (left most brush in photo). I wanted the RT213 (2nd from left in photo). Based on my experiences with the RT213, the RT212 brush is an excellent choice if you’re looking for something large. Both the RT212 and the RT213 have very soft and very dense bristles. My RT213 blends my makeup flawlessly and without hurting my skin. I expect the same will be true of the RT212 being sold here on Amazon. Because the RT212 is so large, I’ll use it on my neck only. The smaller RT213 brush is the perfect size for most of my face, while the two smallest brushes (Real Techniques contour brushes which had useless handles that I cut off)) are perfect for tight places like around nostrils and close to the hairline. They’re all excellent brushes with soft, densely packed bristles that are gentle on your skin. ... show more

    • Softer wider kabuki brush
Remember when kabuki brushes were all the rage in the early aughts? This is essentially the same but larger, softer and easy to grip. I use this primary for a light watery foundation - it is excellent for a quick swipe across the face. I've washed it twice since purchased a few weeks ago and got most of the color out, it dried well, and was as soft as usual. I've had no brush bristles fall out so far. I'd recommend this especially for those who have shaky hands or find small brushes challenging. I won't use this for my heavy coverage foundation or cream based products as I'm not confident I can wash this as aggressively as I'd need to to get all the product out. It isn't flimsy or sheds but couldn't handle regular heavy washing. Heavy coverage foundations need much more vigorous cleaning than powders and watery foundations, and given the short bristles & thrifty price I wouldn't risk it. ... show more

It’s my first time purchasing RT brushes because of my daughter’s recommendation. I realise I fall in love with this brand after viewing their videos on the official website! The bristles are so soft and dense making me easy and efficient to apply liquid foundation on my face. It gives me a smooth look. The only con is little bit difficult to clean the brush and it takes long time to dry out. It’s worth to buy it! P/S: I also bought their complexion brush which is good too! ... show more

Shipped to my country with the box crashed. There was a tear on my pouch i am glad my items remained intact. The brush sent to me seems like an old stock, was supposed to gift it but because of how it looks I just use it myself.
