When I received it I was thoroughly impressed because it really was real leather. The wallet was really nice and soft and the stitching was very tight and straight. The inside material looks to be a satin or other durable cloth. The only drawback that I’ve noticed so far is the low amount of credit card slots as there are only 3 on one side and 1+ a see through on the other side. A interesting concept is the use of fabric mesh for the ID holder instead of the traditional plastic with thumb hole, which never really worked out for me. When the wallet came, I wished it a bit bigger with a few more credit card slots but now, I am glad that I was "encouraged" to reduce the number of cards that I carry around. Decent wallet for the price. I can’t complain about the quality but, unfortunately it has this big OL on the front that was not shown on the pictures advertised. I’m somewhat unhappy because I was expecting a blank minimalist wallet but whatever.

Per the title, this is the best wallet I have ever owned. The material isn't plastic-feeling like a lot of lower-end department store wallets, but it also isn't totally soft and limp like those ones you buy at a bazaar for $5 in Greece or Thailand or Mexico that falls apart after a month. It feels good quality and has a simple layout, not trying too hard with all these coin pouches and zippers [WHY] and extra folds and thickness.
