I don't have any definitive data to substantiate my experience, I can only say that I do feel relief. I not only feel relief after an extended period of screen exposure, but it's noticeable right away. There is a tint to the glasses, almost like car window tinting, though this is obviously subtle and transparent. I've noticed it eases eye stress caused by blue light even when not looking at screens. Whether it truly has long-term benefits, I do not know, I just know that there is less eye strain, and that's valuable, even if not measurable. I was pleased to see an included carrying bag. The styling is the most generic possible and comes with two glasses, one black and one clear. Though obviously very simple, the classic square frames and simple colors are actually quite attractive. I don't feel like I'm wearing a science experiment on my face when in use. I appreciated these more than I thought I would, and at the affordable price, it's a no strainer, I mean brainer, I mean strainer...get them.

These are indeed high quality reading glasses. The materials are light yet strong and the overall look is very attractive. The reason I am docking one star is that the one I received does not have a spring hinge. They are nice enough that I'm not sending them back, but future customers need to know this in case it is an important consideration for them.

These Kunchu Blue Light Blocking Glasses are a steal of a deal! They come in a two pack, so one for you one for family member/ loved one, or you have two different colors sport yourself. These blue light blocking glasses were a great addition to my nighttime routine, as I have been trying to limit my exposure to blue light prior to bedtime, to help with my overall sleep. So far I have noticed that I am falling asleep easier and sleeping deeper. My oldest son has also been using a pair of the glasses for gaming on his pc. I love that you get two in a pack, they are lightweight, comfy to wear, and they even come with a polishing cloth and a soft protective case to keep them in.

When staring at the screen for long periods of time I seem to get a strain in my eyes. I was told it was because of the blue light projecting from my screens so I looked into getting some "gaming glasses". I am very pleased to report that these glasses are 100 percent legit and have taken away the strain and discomfort I used to feel on long gaming sessions. They come in a clear and a black and are plain and simple just like I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased with these glasses and I do recommend to all gamers.

These blue light glasses are for my teen daughter and son. Both have enjoyed wearing them while on the computer or ipad. They fit great! My daughter chose the clear ones and my son likes the black pair. They can tell a difference when they don't wear the glasses now.

I am on my computer for eight maybe nine hours a day straight. I’ve noticed that my eyes have been straining, despite having a blue light monitor screen protector. These glasses are the perfect addition to saving my eyes. They are lightweight and fit my face perfect. I also noticed that they do not slide down my nose. It does come with two pairs, black and clear. The glasses are light but not cheap. The only thing that I noticed that I would change is the color of the lens are a bit on the yellow side but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the glasses have helped my eyes tremendously, and I am able to work without interruption.

I now have a pair of these for each person in my household to help block out the harmful effects that cellphones and computer screen do to our eyes. I was told by my eye doctor that blue light blocking glasses are beneficial to helping me and other people's eyes from feeling strained. This pack came with 2 pairs of blue light blocking glasses 1 pair black frames 1 pair clear frames which are the novelty in fashion right now with some of the teens. These do help reduce the bright glare without having to readjust the computers controls.
