This is one of the best headsets we have bought. The sound quality is great. We are hearing sounds in games we play that we had not heard before. The mic works great after some issues. Only hiccup we had was the mic was not working for Xbox parties or in game, but was working when doing a mic test on edge through the consoles for both headsets we bought. Could not find help on Razor support, Microsoft support or reddit. But based on others comments of their issues, I was able to figure out a solution on my own. Something I was afraid I was going to have to be returned, turned out to be the best headsets we have owned. We bought two. One white and one black. ... show more

I returned this because I could not get it to work in Xbox where I could control the headset! It had surround sound but I could not adjust the frequencies or any adjustments. In Windows it doesn't have Razer Synapse so I couldn't get the THX audio that was supposed to work with it. But it was comfortable to wear! Thinking my PC was too old I loaded it all on my wife's new computer and it did the same thing too. So I sent it back!!! Be sure when you take it apart to use it don't tare up anything because you will probably send it back too. I bought a different headset that has active noise cancelling and can have it hooked up on both my PC and Xbox at the same time. It works great but I had to spend another $100.00. I meant to say that I also had Tech Support work with me on this and still couldn't get it to work right. After back and forth I stopped trying and sent it back. I also was concerned about the breaking of the support of the ear cups. You better not drop it! ... show more

I was on a desperate search for a good headset and finally landed on these. Great battery life. Minimal connection issues. Tried the wired version first found them comfortable but I needed a wireless mic. Tried Astro a50 had 3 diff pairs seems like there just not as good as they used to be constant connection issues or firmware problems straight outta the box. Tried some rig wireless headsets they are okay if your on a budget my problem is they seem to break after 6 months. I went through 3 pairs of rigs. Tried the arctic 9x omg they sound good when there connected and quite possibly one of the most comfortable headsets but the connection issues were terrible. Avoid those at all costs. Wanted to get the nova pros but the price is to much. so that lead me here to these gems. All I can say is buy them and be ready to enjoy good audio out of the box fantastic battery life and wireless all in one package. My only concern is will this stand the test of time because it is a lot of plastic but that’s what makes them so light weight. 9/10 only reason for not a 10 is because I have not had them long enough. I waited to write this review prob have a good 300-400 hours of gameplay with them now. So far so good. ... show more

I bought the headset and it works great for audio, but I have had issues with the mic. It either being too quiet where I can barely be heard or it just not working that well. I've seen other reviews that show the mic working fine, so it could just be mine.
