What ever was sent to me was truly garbage. I received a kit with the white springs as shown in the picture. The adjuster bolts weren't machined correctly so I couldn't thread them down, and I had to use the older bolt. The white springs weren't the correct size and kept falling out as I just made slight adjustments to the so I had to reuse the old springs. Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Kit is great, no complaints. Contains most internal parts to rebuild a parking brake. The one key item missing is the actuating lever which connects the brake cable to the brake shoes. If you expect your parking brake to be rusted out like mine in the picture, make sure you also get the lever (example here - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IWN4SHS/ - just an example, make sure you find the one that fits your vehicle). Also consider replacing the brake dust shield which is quite a bit more work because it involves removing the wheel hub, but well worth it if you have a badly rusted one like I did. ... show more

Installed on 2013 Ram 2500. Although the original parts were fine when I replaced the parking brake shoes, I went ahead and replaced the hardware. Piece of mind for an area that really isn't as serviceable as it should be.
