I have to be honest, I was not expecting this quality from an unknown brand. The fit and finish it better than I expected. A lot of people seem to have an issue with the weight but while it may be a little heavy, the thought never even popped into my head until I read some other reviews. The polisher comes with a nice little carry bag and it even comes with the polishing pads you need to get yourself going. If this is your first time polishing, I would not recommend just going to town on your car or truck. Give it some practice first on an old beater, or a hood from a junk yard. Get a feel for the tool before you just let it rip. If used correctly, this gives a beautiful result. ... show more

Strong and effective in the right hands. It's too heavy for me, but my husband has more upper body strength (and he's taller). He is able to use it effectively to buff the car and the headlights immediately. Great job! This is good for home use.

This is a pretty good buffer, it does take some getting used to. You may want to practice and get the feel for it before you use it on your car as you do not want to damage it. It is a bit heavy so it does wear your arms out a bit.

This is a great polishing/buffing tool. The variable speed is awesome. The attachments are great. It feels like this will hold up well. But the tool is very heavy. I'm used to using two hands to maintain control. But you actually need to use to hands just to hold the tool. And forget any notion of using this tool with the wrong hand. You have to set it up for your dominant hand. Switching hands requires taking off the handle. It's very difficult to use this tool with your non-dominant hand. It's also difficult to apply a light touch. The heaviness of the tool means it's likely going to apply more than a light/subtle touch to delicate/sensitive areas. But the size will also mean you might need to handle those areas with another tool... or manually. ... show more

    • Does what it's advertised to do
First Impressions: This orbital polisher comes from the manufacturer with everything you'll need to get started polishing old paint. The package includes the tool itself, four different attachments, a terrycloth towel, two different handles, and a fairly decent carrying case/bag. The tool itself has a nice, solid feel to it. One thing to know is that it is heavy; I would guess it weighs 4-5 lbs. The rotating component utilizes velcro to retain the various attachments, and the tool-side velcro seems to be fairly robust; I don't get the impression that it will fail before the motor does. The handles which come with the tool are pretty straightforward; they attach to holes in the sides of the tool. Frankly, I don't think either handle is really necessary; the tool is molded to include a nicely-sculpted hand-hold on the end, in addition to the hand-hold closer to the switch and power cord. These are my first impressions of this orbital polisher. I have an old Dodge truck which I intend to use this polisher on this coming weekend. My goal will be to remove almost 20 years' worth of scratches from car washes, people, etc. from the clear coat remaining on the sides of the truck. If this orbital polisher fails in any way, I'll circle back to this review and update it accordingly. ... show more

I love taking care of my cars, it’s one of my favorite hobbies. When I saw this advertised to me, I thought I could try it out and learn more about it. Polishing a car takes some heavy work, I needed to do a bit of research before I could even handle it. What to coat the tool with, what tool to use, what the different scrubs are for, they’re all important and this product comes with it all which I’m thankful for. This buffer/polisher is excellent! It's easy to use out of the box following the included instructions. I've used this polisher on my car twice and it looks absolutely flawless. I would highly recommend this buffer to anyone who'd like to keep their automobile nice and clean. 10/10
