This is my daughter’s catcher’s mitt. She has used this style glove for the last 3 years. She was happy with this one especially with the colors it came in, it looks sharp. Her last liberty advanced glove lasted her 3 years playing year round school and travel ball. Quality is exceptional. We did have to rebind it with new leather after second year but she wasn’t ready to give it up and used it another year. It is a great price at $199. This item shipped within an hour of purchase via ups overnight delivery which was amazing service! Love this glove it’s super cute I bought to throw with my daughter and it doesn’t disappoint. I have a problem with my hands bruising really bad because she throws so hard and the bruising isn’t no where near what it was with my previous gloves.

Initial review since catchers mitts take time to break in. This mitt appears well constructed. The pad is thick and it is leather lined. The laces are easy to untie and adjust but in a good way not in an “they in tie themselves” kind of way. There is an internal pinky pocket that is adjustable and an internal thumb pocket that again is adjustable. There is a pocket for the index finger but it is small and tight, definitely more comfortable leaving the index finger out of the mitt. The color is nice, the weight is on par for this size mitt. I have always purchased Rawlings gloves, bats, balls, batting gloves, helmets, pants....I have never had an issue and have always been pleased with the quality. This glove is 70% broken in from the factory, which may sound like a lot, but it is still a bit stiff. It won't be game ready upon arrival so get ready to practice with it. The glove is definitely a higher quality leather than other Rawlings that I have, but this comes with a price to match that quality and this should last for years to come.
