My 10U daughter loves playing outfield, and wanted an upgrade from her 11.5" glove she's had the last few years. After much research I decided on this for the price point and 12.5" length. It arrived on a Saturday evening and she was using it in games on that same weekend (Sunday) of a 2-day tournament with a little bit of leather conditioner in the pocket, playing catch for a bit, slamming a ball in a few hundred times, and getting a good hinge crease. The leather was already pretty "broken in" out of the box, but a bit of working it makes it playable super fast. ... show more

I purchased this glove for my daughter, who plays in a 10U fastpitch league as both a pitcher and a first baseman. Right out of the box, we were impressed—the color was great, it fit well, and it was game-ready with no break-in needed. Unfortunately, the durability hasn’t held up. After less than a full season, the leather binding has started to come untied repeatedly and is stretching more than it should. I’m genuinely concerned it might snap mid-game and leave her without a usable glove. I’ve even started bringing a backup glove to her games just in case. As much as I wanted this to be "the one," I can’t confidently recommend it unless you're okay with potentially replacing it after one season. ... show more
