This does work. However, In my case it’s hard to use. I specifically used it for my extremely bad nosebleeds. And it’s not easy to put it in my nose. Even if I put my head back the blood runs into my Eustachian tube, plugging my ear. This product is like Nizohaem except, the application method is difficult to use as it slips out quite quickly which is why I gave it 4 stars, I really need that long nasal insert like Nozohaem I really wish that one was back. ... show more
