I ordered a second stapler so I could have one at my home office. I saw an incredible deal on a used one so I bought it. When I fired it up, it didn't work. I messed around with it and couldn't get it to work. I put a different staples cartridge in it and it worked fine. I think that someone must have bought it and returned it thinking that it wasn't working right. So I got a deal but had to provide a new staples cartridge. These are the best electric staplers that I have ever owned. They are quiet and work equally fine on two page or 90 page documents.     • Great stapler for 50-90 pages, needs paper guide
This is a great stapler for any office that's needs to staple large packets of paper together. We needed an electric stapler that would staple over 70 pages together and this one works great. It's quiet and the staples lay flat. My main problem with it is there is no guide to show you where to line up the paper edge, so it's real trial and error to find out where it puts the staple. I had to add a label vertically to the front so we would know where to line up the paper. This is not meant for only a couple of sheets of paper either, it will crimp the paper if you only do a couple pages. This is a heavy-duty beast that staples 50-90 pages with ease.     • The best electric stapler we have ever used.
This is the best electric stapler we have ever purchased. We have two buildings and four copy rooms. I have purchased several of these for our office, one for each of our copy rooms and one for my own desk. Swingline used-to be a work horse, but they don't make them like the used-to and their electric staplers don't last beyond a year. We have been using this stapler for almost two years now and it is still working just as well as when we first bought it. Yes, it is a lot of money, but it won't break down. Just received this stapler. Much better than the prior Stapler we use in our office. But stronger was well. Only thing I found disappointing is that it moves on the table when doing multiple stapling. I don't mind this based on the quality of this stapler.

I have rarely been so pleased with a product or a seller. This stapler is fantastic! Smooth, quiet operation. Handles 70-80 page books without flinching. Worth every penny in a busy accountant's office (during tax season). We bought 2 and will likely buy more. And the ice cream on the cake...they arrived 4 days AHEAD of schedule! Using in a CPA office setting. My admin person loves it. Works well and is very quite compared to previous units used. A bit pricey but hopefully will outlast the other brands that we have had to replace every couple of years.
