First off, the label is terrible. The text is too small, the print quality is poor, and there's no recipe, just "see our website." Which I guess is fine, since it would be illegible anyway. This falafel mix is great. I got the small container and immediately ordered the larger one after it was gone. I find the seasoning perfect. 1 part mix to one part water, mix, and let sit for one hour, super easy. I do use just slightly less water than mix to ensure they form easily

The mix makes delicious falafel balls, but the jar doesn't include preparation instructions. The QR code is so small my camera couldn't capture it. I had to ask ChatGPT how to make them.
