I have a Harbor Freight 2500 pound winch and it came with a tiny fairlead that didn't match up with the holes on my HMF Racing front bumper on my Honda TRX420 (Rancher). This was the solution and it worked great!

Winch roller that came with winch was too small. ordered this one and quality is so much better, fit bolt pattern and was easy to install. Haven't used it but do not anticipate any problems.
