I got this for my husband because he loves this series and is afraid he won't find it on Netflix much longer. He has not opened and played them yet, so hopefully they are good. The series is funny though, just don't let your kids watch!!

This series seems to get better as you move through each episode. It is very funny, it gets very serious, it gets you involved in all these characters lives. In short, it has been one of the best humorous series that we have. Really enjoyed it.

A very funny irreverent series from Australia. A rogue lawyer and comic followers abuse and infuriate every segment of society. Sensitivity warning: Crude scenes/ topics, language using the FBomb profusely, violence, frequent blasphemy, drugs, skin, – adult series to watch while wrapped in a plain brown wrapper. Once you buy into Rake’s excessive rudeness, it’s a briefcase full of laughs. 30 nominations and 8 award wins says RAKE’s doing (DID) something right. SEASON FIVE IS AVAILABLE TO BUY TOO. It is the final season, and one which finds the barrister turned politician from an improbable election as a Senator. But Greene pulls it off, but can Australia survive? Hour episodes build on each other. Really should be watched from the beginning—and to the end of season 5 if you have not thrown something through your TV set due to Greene’s offensive thoughtless statements. Quote: Greene is “a pathetic, alcoholic, drug-addled excuse of a man, a tragic example of everything gone wrong in the legal profession.” I watched all 5 seasons--and survived, almost. ... show more
