This is a great product, with an amazing customer service!! This is a very sturdy table w/almost no set up time (just unfold the legs from underneath). It is meeting our expectations while the customer service surpassed our expectations. The table arrived on time and at first glance the table looked great but we discovered a dip in the center - no big deal. I contacted the company the next day to discuss fixing this. The customer rep sounded genuinely concerned and immediately scheduled a replacement w/assurance that he would personally ensure the warehouse inspected the replacement. He was so concerned about my 100% satisfaction that he threw in a couple extras for the inconvenience. In addition to that, I was not expected to return the original table, and there was follow-up communication from their customer service to ensure my 100% satisfaction on the replacement. The triangle that came w/the table was a bit big but worked just fine. I also received a replacement for it w/o having to ask for one. It is extremely refreshing to see that a business takes pride in their product and cares enough for its clients to follow up w/them (me) as often as they did to ensure 100% satisfaction. The experience was opposite from what I was expecting due to the imperfection on the first table - I was very impressed! I will do business w/them again. ... show more

I loved that it was assembled already. Just take it out of the box, unwrap, open legs and lock, arrange all your billiard items and play pool with the family! Every item is real from the pool balls, to the wooden pool sticks, just miniature. Easy to store by a side shelf or something! So much fun! (Safety tip: do not leave children alone with real pool balls, real wooden pool sticks, plastic pool rack or cue chalk; all could be a safety hazard if not under the supervision of a parent or an adult.) ... show more

    • Great experience after customer support got back to me!

I am not a satisfied customer! Even though their advertising makes it seem like satisfaction will be 100% guaranteed! On April 6, 2021 I purchased a RACK Leo Folding 4-Foot Pool table (Green) recently and the table surface was all warped especially around the pockets & rail. I even leveled it out with a level and also micro adjusted the feet, but that would not solve the problem. I first contacted the Rack Pool Tables customer service through phone, but the person told me it wasn't the company's fault, but rather blamed it on Amazon. Even though the amazon box was shipped in great condition. The customer service person said there would be nothing they could do! Because they blamed it on probably being from Amazon's warehouse storage climate, environment. Even though their marketing states... "Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience or if you have any questions, concerns, or are not 100% satisfied please call RACK Pool Table now and we will do everything to make it right. Remember all RACK tables have a LIFETIME warranty on all parts, so rest assured you're covered!" I did not find that to be the case. False advertising if you ask me. So I called Amazon customer service, and requested a replacement, as well as shipped back my original table order. Then I receive the replacement 2nd order about 1 week later. The packaging & Shipping came in great condition. No obvious damage to the box. And then I set up and leveled the pool table with my level. And sure enough, the pool table surface was all warped again, especially around the same corner pockets & rail. I have attached a video to show an example of warping. I do not believe it to be warping from Amazon's warehouse storage method's either. Because the warping is obviously due to poor manufacturing & quality control of the product! If it were to have been warping due to Amazon storage, it would have warping all over the table, Not just around some corner pockets & rails. I'm so disapointed in this table and the hassle I have been put through. I feel deceived with their company advertising and products! After yet another bad table, I tried to email the rack pool tables customer support. Hoping they would help to resolve my issue. I showed them the video of my problem and traded "email messages" with them for several messages from the dates of May 10th to May 24th. I know the person Jenn who was helping me reached out to the head Supervisor. But unfortunately, they didn't want to stand up to their own 100% satisfaction guarantee. After all that they told me to contact Amazon, if I wanted to get a refund since it was fulfilled by Amazon! After all that, I have decided to keep the pool table because of all the hassle I've been put through with it. It just wasn't worth the time & trouble to try to repackage the product and ship back for a refund. Especially since, I would have to pay for a new box to ship back, since I threw away the original shipping box. I have never written a product review ever. But I felt compelled, so that other people will not get deceived, and have to waste their valuable time & money on a supbar product. I rated this 2 stars instead of 1 star because I had realistic expectations going into it, that it wasn't a professional regulation size slate pool table, and would play like one. Hopefully, this review reaches the owner of the company and he makes it right. After my initial original review, I thought it was a lost cause and I would never get the positive resolution from the company I was looking for. Well I was wrong! They listened to my situation and were completely understanding of my feelings. They really do mean & stand by there 100% guarantee! The customer service actually passed my complaints and situation to the big boss and they did everything they can to make me a happy customer! The original pool table I received was damaged... But the new one I have now plays remarkably well! :) And believe me when I say, I am now a happy customer for how they resolved things! They even were apologetic and I can feel there sincerity! This was literally one of the best decisions I’ve made purely for entertainment. There literally hasn’t been a day since my purchase that it hasn’t been played ! I was fearful that it wouldn’t be realistic, I worried about the ball sizes , the leveling , the cue etc…. In every single instance this table blew it out the ball park ! I read reviews good and some not so good , but took a chance and won ! My adult children are 28, 25, 22,20 and my youngest 15 ❤️ They absolutely love it and also told me it was one of the best gifts . Price was very budget friendly! I can’t imagine how amazing it would be to go up in price range because this was top shelf ❤️ I’ve purchased games /toys etc… since the pandemic giant connect 4 , giant jinga , Simon says , monopoly, laser tag gun set , water guns … etc but this is the only game they play daily they’re so competitive 😆 Jackpot !!!!!! ... show more

It is very cool and fun for adults and kids. It can take some time to transition from real full size pool tables to this because the balls are not as heavy and do not roll the same as full size but it is still fun to spend some time messing around especially if you don't have the space for a big billards table. We got this billiard (pool) table for the 8 and 10 year old. Good quality table, balls, cues. Excellent customer service. Our box didn’t include the leveling glides. One phone call and we received them in just a few days. We’ve had many hours of fun playing pool!

    • The table surface is not flat and both cue sticks are cracked

The surface has bumps, and is also curved up in the middle. The ball will not go straight when hit, and makes a wide turn in the middle of the table. Both cue sticks are cracked. Seller reached out and honored the warranty, and resolved the problem. The interaction was very courteous and the resolution was very quick. Thank you! ... show more
