I wasn't really sure what to expect when ordering this. But I am so pleased. It was delivered within 24 hrs and very well packaged preventing any damage to the table and its contents. The folding legs are sturdy and make set-up a breeze. The balancing pegs are great and help with uneven floors. Everything you need is in the box. Sticks are the perfect length for the table. The balls are not standard size but are properly weighted, and again, perfect for this size. I got this for my child who recently took an interest. I bought this pool table because I needed a smaller one that can actually fit in my house. Between two other brands I chose this one because of the reviews. The table isn't perfect. Don't expect something to behave just like a real quality normal size pool table. It is a good value table for the price and sizing. In addition the customer service I received was very accommodating. They allowed me to purchase larger balls since the balls that it comes with is a little too small for me, but good for kids to play with. Also, when I needed a replacement they provided it free of charge and very quick. They provide superior prompt customer service. I would recommend this for anyone looking to just get it for their kids or just to practice on. I never write reviews, like ever. I had to leave a line on those on the edge of making this purchase. It is an incredible table, had it for a week now. It is small enough to use in tight spaces. I don't have any serious leveling problems. Was especially worried about this, because I have owned several "large" pool tables and know how great slate material is and how bad MDF can be. This is a very well built table though, it won't last forever, but so worth the money. The customer support is the reason why I am writing this review though, they are very responsive, like within 30 minutes to respond back to me. I couldn't be happier with purchase. Last thing, I am folding it up frequently to clear the area and I found this cool outdoor TV cover to wrap it up, so it looks very clean when I hide it. This particular one below fits the table like a glove. Easy to assemble, well constructed. My grandkids use it a lot. It is easily leveled. Great for kids. The cue sticks are not good quality and came warped. So I ordered better ones from Amazon.
