Bought this for 4 year old niece. She is pretty smart and learning to read. She got the biggest kick out of device saying insert a card. She played with it some, but I think I liked it more than she did. I still recommend this as it is great for learning. I think it is something an adult can play with a child turning it into a game while they learn. It was great value for the money. Kids are unpredictable the old "they played with the box" not the toy can happen at any time, she liked it as much as any other toy. I noticed that the kids don't play with anything very long except their tablets. She will sit and watch videos on her tablet for hours. Other toys are a few minutes and on to the next. ... show more

The device itself is amazing, but the cards are paper and very flimsy making it easy to destroy with little hands. Make sure you keep an eye on your little one if they are little gremlins that like to destroy paper!

This is a really fun product for the kids and can work on many developmental goals like color identification, reading, speech, etc. in the package that I purchased, they put the word “wine” in there. I feel like that’s not the most appropriate word to put in a kids toy.

Product is good. Only main issue is that the cards feel cheap and easily bent. Cards are very thin and can be easily bent. It would be better if they would be laminated or at least make them a bit thicker so they don’t bent as fast and easily

These are pretty amazing learning items. Purchased 2 for a 1 year old and a 2 year old. Lots of flash cards, front and back. Cards are easy to bend, so they do need assistance. Hope there are more cards to add. Easy to take to stores or restaurants to keep them occupied.
