Before I had my first baby I bought these. I’d been a nanny before I had kids and I’d changed a number of sheets. It was annoying but certainly not something I’d call difficult. I bought these because in all the pictures it appeared they fit securely. First set I ordered, they didn’t fit well. Even after washing there was a ton of slack. I emailed the company and they promptly sent a new set. That fit perfectly. Fast forward to 6 years and three kids later. These sheets have held up amazingly. Still soft, still fit snugly. The easy of putting on and off is nice. It is easier than the traditional sheets. I wouldn’t say that one feature is worth the extra price, however as a whole the sheets are. I recommend them to every new mom and would never go back to regular crib sheets after having these! In researching crib sheets I was unsure which ones to buy. I came across these in a Baby Bargains book that I was reading. Parents were raving about how awesome they were. Searched Amazon and read tons of reviews. My friends said not to buy them because they were expensive and they said they were worthless. They told me that it was not a big deal to change the sheet from the crib mattress so why buy them? I am happy to say that they were WRONG. As a first time mom, I did not realize how heavy a crib mattress is. We ordered ours on Amazon and when it came in the mail, I could not lift it. At all. It was super heavy. At that point I was happy that the crib sheets were in the mail. Once they arrived and went to put the bottom sheet on. What a headache. The mattress was so heavy and here I am, 5"1' trying to get this darn cover on. Once it was on, I placed a Carter's Flat Mattress Pad on top and then zipped up a sheet. OMG! So easy! Struggling with the bottom did not even matter, because frankly I have not touched the bottom since I put it on the bed. My daughter never touches it and it never gets wet or dirty because the mattress pad blocks everything. I cannot even imagine being up at 3 am trying to lift that mattress to change an actual sheet. The few times that I have needed to change a sheet in the middle of the night was a blessing because it took me seconds to unzip and re-zip with a new sheet. My friends have been complaining about their 1 year olds wetting the bed and drooling and having to lift the mattress to change sheets. I keep telling them to invest because these sheets are the BEST! I am so thankful that I bought them. I bought the sheet set in ecru and then a white sheet and a pink sheet (the sheet set comes with an ecru sheet and the bottom). Three sheets have been just fine for our daughter. I do wash her clothes once a week, so maybe that is why 3 is fine. If you wash less often maybe purchase more. She is three months old now and rarely makes a mess on the sheet. As a new mom this is an incredible product. When you are up at 3 am with no sleep and you realize that your beautiful baby has just crapped through their outfit and now you have to change the sheets with a husband that is sound asleep and a baby that is screaming, you will rejoice in the fact that all you have to do is zip off the dirty sheet and zip on a new sheet. This is a life saver for me! I am short (5'1") and it's very hard for me to reach into my crib, lift the mattress, and get the fitted sheets on and off. The zip sheets make it actually possible for me to change the crib sheets on my own. The zippers are covered up so it's still nice and soft for the baby, and you still have the option to get some cute patterns too! Just for fun I tried to put a regular fitted crib sheet on the crib mattress once... I actually ended up having to pull the entire mattress out of the crib (thank goodness I got the light one) and change it on the floor, and then put the whole thing back in the crib. Not cool.     • Great system for crib sheets

I bought these for my grandson and they turned out to be a good solution for the parents and for me. as an old-fashioned grandma, i was used to placing a diaper or flannel pad under the baby in the crib - then when baby spits up or if there is a diaper leak one just changes the diaper or flannel pad, not the entire bed. In these days of not placing anything in the crib for baby to get tangled up in, no one wants the diaper or flannel pad. These sheets solve that problem. The sheet set envelops the entire mattress, and has a top sheet that zips into place. it is easy to just zip off the soiled sheet and zip in a new one. The zipper is a large plastic one covered by a fabric placket. In addition to quick change due to wet or soiled sheet, i think this system will also work well to prevent baby from pulling the sheet off the mattress altogether, which is something babies tend to do as they begin to roll and crawl around in the crib. I was very happy with the quality of the sheet fabric, very soft, washes well (fits mattress better after washing). Zipper is sturdy, covered by fabric placket. Seems ingenious to me. ... show more
