This skirt is super cute but the stitching was not the highest quality - there were some frays/loose threads in the tulle. It definitely runs small. At first, I ordered a large but it wouldn’t even go up passed my thighs. I had to get an XL, which fit pretty snug. I normally wear a size 8/10. This skirt does not have much stretch to it. Good luck if you have to go up high steps. I bought this skirt because the students think I’m a real mermaid. I wore it on the first day of school - it got the job done!

It's definitely beautiful but the skirt is not as long as the image and the bell is not as glamorous. I would of preferred a different style because I'm a bigger gurl I need that little bit more of skirt to narrow out my figure. This skirt hits right at the knees instead of below so it widens people out a bit. Not flattering. I'm still going to wear it because I can't afford to buy another one but I would suggest something else because it doesn't look right.
