Took about 3 hours to assemble and I am handy. The directions are just ok. Some of the pictures in the directions could be more accurate on what the piece looks like and what orientation they should be. After assembly, inserting the drawers into each other nd getting them to nest was rather painful. The box drawer kept falling of the rail when pulling in and out. See pics. I bought a set of heavy duty 18" rails (150lb rating) on Amazon and its good now. The rails that come with this product are poor quality ... show more

My husband and I are very handy and we put this together in three hours. The instructions are just decent and time is needed to really evaluate the images and pieces but all of the pieces were intact and the shipping boxes were extremely sturdy with no tears or holes in the boxes. The quality of the pieces are really good and sturdy. I purchased and was charged the queen Murphy bed with mattress however the mattress did not arrive. There was no invoice with the 2 packages that arrived. I purchased this for family staying over Thanksgiving and am hoping someone from the company contacts me regarding the missing mattress. UPDATE!! The mattress was delivered separately 2 days later and fits perfectly. The customer service was fairly quick to reply and provide the mattress tracking number. All in all we are very pleased with this purchase. It arrived as promised and my husband and son were able to assemble in one afternoon. Mattress could be a little softer but we bought a quilted cover and it worked well.

This is a great purchase. It’s sturdy and perfect for my small office. I recommend purchasing a 6” rather than 4” fold up mattress. My guest slept on it and said it was comfortable. My two teenaged nephews assembled this without issues - there are detailed instructions with photos but if you struggle staying focused, it could be problematic.
