This mattress was gotten as an upgrade to the mattress I have in my niece's bedroom. She's 15, and she lives with me, so I do want her to be comfortable every night. She'd been using an older mattress for a while, and for me, a hybrid mattress is the most comfortable kind to use, so I thought she might like this one. I got it and it was easy to open up and use. Had to wait a little while before she could sleep on it, but once we got it in place, she loved it right away. It's been a while now that she's been using it, and it's still as good now as it was when it was first opened.

We had a five inch mattress... not even 6 inches, but five... this was an immediate game changer. It's thick.... it's not super firm, hard as a rock.... it's pillowy soft with support... my back and hips no longer ached from sleeping on the one we had. We don't overheat and even the sheets fit better so we don't get tangled up at night. this is an awesome mattress and i will be coming back if i ever wear this one out!

We got this mattress for our guest room. It arrived vaccuum packed and sat in the study for quite a while until we were able to set the room up as a guest room. The mattress puffed up quickly though the instructions say to give it a full 72 hrs. I love the height of the mattress as my sheets fit great. I find it a bit bouncy for my taste but otherwise comfortable. I agree with others it could benefit from a matress topper. I am used to sleeping on a firm mattress, I would descibe this as a medium to maybe medium firm.

I would describe this as a medium firmness! It expanded in less than 24 hours, and it is definitely good quality. I’ve been able to sleep well since we’ve set it up. It feels like it’s gonna last for a few years also! All of my sheets fit well, which was important to me

This was a really good price, and would be a great choice for a guestroom. I got it for myself, though, and I find that it's just not quite thick enough, as I am a heavier person. I had to add a mattress topper onto the mattress, because if I'm sitting up in bed for a couple of hours, I can feel the bars of my platform bed through the mattress. Other than that, it was easy to unwrap and get set up on my bedframe.
