There is a shiny look to the green solid area of the cover- Almost like a satin sheen but not satiny soft and it wrinkles like crazy. It looked great on our bed for the first couple of uses.. The little pillow roll is pathetic it isn’t holding a firm round shape and it is lumpy!! The bigger of the 3 pillows is nice with the quilted like patter on it. The smaller embroidered pillow is ok. The comforter is warm when we have our overhead fan on. I wouldn’t say it was worth the $100+ price point. The sham covers are pretty but you need a certain shaped pillow for it so, we’ve not put that on the bed yet. The embroidery is very pretty and it goes well with the whole look of our room/furniture. It works for now but very disappointed in the pillow/shams and wrinkles situation. ... show more

This comforter has a beautiful, high ends design. Unfortunately the comforter fell apart on washing. The insides of the pillow sham stuck together after drying. Also this comforter had a lot of wear from washing. I don’t think that this was a good buy and I wouldn’t even want a free replacement.
