this is absolutely amazing. The mattress firm yet comfortable., I have been experienced extreme body pain in my lower back hip thigh and arm. I tried everything and nothing worked physical therapy, pain, medication, exercise mattress topper. I did all these things before. I finally broke down and bought this new bed, including the memory foam mattress. I had written reviews about the Mattress and was impressed So I took the lead of faith and I tell you, my body aches, went away in one day! I am still in disbelief, but I am very impressed. The bed works well. Remote control works well all the different functions work well, it was one of the more affordable adjustable beds that I was able to find online and was certainly more affordable then the more high price versions that you would find in a furniture store I get this paid five stars. I have absolutely nothing to complain about except the weight of the bed probably more than 200 pounds and it was extremely difficult getting it up to my bedroom, which is on the second floor of my home but once everything was in place didn’t take long to put it together pretty much everything came assembled just the weightit was ridiculous and made it difficult to manipulate, but even with that I still give it five stars ... show more

I have had this adjustable base for a few weeks. Yes it is worth the price. I have a cat and looking at other beds I was concerned. Pictures under the bed showed wires and modules on the floor. This bed does not have that issue. Every wire is bracketed under the base. The ONLY wire hanging out is the one you plug in. The remote is really well made and very responsive. It also has a STOP button to stop any moment immediately. The vibration comes in three levels of intensity and is actually really good, especially on the back. I used a 12inch hybrid mattress i already owned with no problems. The height adjusting legs were very helpful. It is heavy. But all the adjustable bases are heavy. UPS delivered mine with no issue and was easy to put together. This is such a great base we are thinking of getting another one. ... show more

    • Broken, completely stopped working. Now it’s just a very heavy platform
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: 5/8/25 - I couldn't find warranty info, but after posting a review here, they reached out. They sent a new power block and that resolved the issue. The bed works again. Changing review to 4 stars. Stopped working completely. I’m pretty certain the controller went bad. The green led on the power supply is flickering non stop. It just randomly happened one day. I was using it as normal, the next time, the vibrations were basically gone, but there very faintly. The power supply brick LED pulses full bright, dims and flickers, then cycles back through. Now it won’t turn on anything. If I unplug all the wires to the different motors underneath so only the controller is attached, it still flickers. If I unplug the control board from the power supply, the LED turns on solid full brightness ... show more

I purchased this adjustable frame for my elderly mother. It’s a solid frame…very sturdy. Upon arrival it was damaged during shipping (see photo #1). Upon contacting Amazon the seller replaced the item and I had it within 2 business days. a few things about the frame: as you see in pic #2 up near the head there is a bump. That’s where the frame lifts and I thought it would be super uncomfortable but my mom says she doesn’t notice it. It lifts smoothly and quietly. Also the adjustable legs are amazing to make the height to what she needed. I noticed upon looking at the first frame and the second replacement frame; the frame itself was the same quality; but the remote to the second frame seemed like a newer version than the first one; also the metal bar at the end of the bed that keeps the mattress from sliding off was different, and the placement of the lifting motor was on the opposite side. None of those things impacted the quality or usability…I just wondered if the first frame was an older version? So far my mom has used it for about a week and she really loves how she can elevate various areas of the bed for sinus issues or leg /foot discomfort. I really am glad I went with this frame. Also the under bed light and memory settings are a great feature. ... show more
