Sturdy. Keeps mattress from slipping

It is a bunkie board and protects the mattress from falling through or whatever its supposed to do. It has a horrible odor in the fabric or the mat board inside the fabric I cannot tell. We have sprayed with lysol and other things and tried to air out but the smell is not leaving. Praying another month or two and the smell goes.

as expected, but heavier than expected- thus much sturdier than expected. Not that I expected this to be flimsy, but, wowee! It has just a little bit of margin within my bedframe, and thus, with my queen mattress, but I think I actually prefer it like this

I was so concerned because I had read other reviews that mentioned a terrible smell attached to this product. But when mine arrived there was no smell, in fact it smelled lovely as if they had treated it with some type of perfumed scent? But it's exactly what I needed for my bed. It's sturdy, it fit my full size bed perfectly. I have no complaints. I'm very happy with this purchase. Very happy I didn't overpay with other similar products.

The Bunkie boards are physically heavier and sturdier than expected. The individual boards are bound together into a single sheet of Nylon/plastic to be unfolded onto the bed frame. The material covering the boards are contained in has a non-slip surface that prevents the mattress from sliding about. I am very satisfied with the weight distribution qualities.
