Great quality acrylic, not scratches at all like some of the reviews are saying. No visibly glue or anything holding the skeleton together, the skull of the snake was slightly crushed but all the pieces are there in the correct place and it isn't too noticeable unless you look close.     • Excellent specimen that is very well preserved for display
This is an excellent product. The specimen is well preserved and is presented in an excellent position. The item was wrapped in lightweight tissue packing paper, and encased in it's own box, which helps to keep it protected from scratches once in your possession. The specimen is small, and so is the skull, so don't expect to use this for in-depth snake skull physiology demonstrations. I use this for teaching lessons on snakes, and my students are always impressed with this excellent visual aid. ... show more

    • Disappointed but not mad
It’s not as great as the photo but still very nice. The ribs are much smaller and not spaced out. One side is mostly against the spine so you can’t see them and you can see the glue on the head. But for the price, I can’t really complain. Just know the picture is not the quality you’ll get.
