Safe yourself the trouble, don’t buy this. This is the first thing I have ever given up and returned from Amazon. I bought it before it had many reviews and boy do I regret it. It took a month to ship after the shipping label was created and when it finally arrived there are so many things wrong it was laughable. First, the “boxes” it came in were quite literally separate pieces of cardboard entirely wrapped in packing tape. Not a great first impression, but easy to brush off. Then, right out of the box, nails and screws were just randomly rolling around and falling on the floor because there were multiple holes in the baggie meant to contain them. Again, annoying, but easy to laugh off. As I started trying to build it, the included instructions were not only inaccurate, but they quite literally were partially in another language. The very first thing was it suggesting “warm tips” instead of hot tips and it got worse from there. I am a carpenter by trade, so I mostly just ignored them and worked by myself. That said, I realized right off that this desk is not only unstable but practically unusable. The fasteners included don’t fit the predrilled holes, so there are little plastic pieces meant to fill them (not mentioned anywhere in the instructions, mind you) but they can’t take much stress or they break. The drawer in the desk doesn’t even have any way to hold the bottom in and the metal pieces to it were bent. I got part way through construction and gave up. That said, I’m going to have to repackage all of this and pay the shipping to return it. I’m very disappointed because according to the picture and description this was a perfect desk to fit my needs but as is I’m back to searching and rather frustrated that this listing even exists. ... show more

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give it a negative star, I would!! Extremely small & cheaply made. It's more of a child's size desk & not at all like the picture. A child would have this destroyed in a day. It's so flimsy .... the drawer falls out when you open it. It's made from cheap pressed wood that practically breaks when you put any weight on it. The directions are in Chinese so you have to put it together by looking at the pictures. It took awhile for the desk to arrive & by the time we put it together, it was past the return window, unfortunately. It's junk & going in the trash. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!! ... show more

This product arrived weeks later, I’m just opening the box to assemble and found several pieces broken. For the price of this item with broken parts it is not worth it and the sad part about it is the desk is not reversible it can only be set up properly in a left corner. I’m going to have to be creative to try to repair the broken parts because the desk is desperately needed and was a gift to someone. I've bought plenty of furniture off Amazon, but this has been the worst quality and experience yet! Package arrived damaged. No instructions, just a QR code that takes you to instructions, that i think were in Japanese. Clearly misrepresented in the photo. Believed it was going to be all white and the item i received had a wood grain desk top, and all the shelf bottoms were a deep red. Product was also chipped in multiple places, and the lamination was peeling off of several sides/ends. Put it together hoping we could make it work, but too much damage was visible and it just looked so cheap and felt very flimsy. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning a damaged item to a 3rd party, and pay for the ridiculous shipping fee, just to have to wait a week, maybe even 2 or more, for them to refund both the purchase price AND return shipping fee. Photos were misleading with scale as the shelves are small and the desk is very narrow. No instructions came with desk after waiting nearly a month to receive it. Styrofoam packaging inside was minimal and was basically confetti by the time we got it. Various pieces were damaged and/or had this weird gunk on them and the exterior did NOT match the photos (tons of brass screw heads all over the place after assembly). I wouldn't donate this thing to Goodwill...it is that bad. Avoid at all costs. ... show more

This one one of the worst buts I've had off Amazon. This is a poor quality product with no clear directions. Now I have to box this firewood up and deal with a return. Product was also chipped in places, lamination was peeling off, just horrible. Can't believe Amazon backs this.....
