I used this for my foster kittens in my guest bedroom so they wouldn’t make a mess underneath the bed, but one pack only covered one long side of my full sized bed frame. I also had to use command strips to adhere them to my bed frame so the gremlins couldn’t squeeze through the top. It definitely does the job, though! I have a standar queen size bed. It took me so long to get the exact placement of the panels. I don't think that the retailer accounts for Headboards. I used a lot of zip ties and as you can see both sides up by the headboard the panels are not connected because they didn't fit. Maybe they should make a couple of smaller panels or how about making the corners for the end of the bed. That would make these so much easier to install. I am however happy that it will keep my little puppies from running underneath the bed. Taking 1 star away for my troubles. The design needs work but the product is sturdy. ... show more

Does keep cats from under the bed. No instructions on how to assemble were included. I had to look it up on video. Would like a couple shorter piece because the length was a bit much for my bed size. (Full length and half given; a fourth size would have worked perfect but not included.)

Look--it's not for fashion. It's not cute. And you may stub your toe on it from time to time at first. But if you're like me and have a pet who likes to hide out under your king-sized bed whenever you need to give them medicine, or take them to the vet, etc., it does actually work. And so far it is holding up. In terms of assembling it: It wasn't hard and didn't take too long, though the first segment I put up took a while. It's aggravating that they only sell the tall version in the longer (83") segments -- for a king-sized bed where one end is flush against the wall, you need both 2 longer and 1 shorter segment to block it off completely. I had to buy the 83" version in tall and the 70" version in the shorter size and just hope that she wouldn't be able to knock it down or go over the top of the shorter section. Fortunately, having tied it together to the taller segments on the sides with zip ties and all segments secured with the double-sided carpet tape and the taller segments zip-tied to the legs of the bed, it seems pretty stable and secure. My cat has not yet knocked it down or gotten over the top; in fact, though she was pretty intent on figuring out a way to get through it for the first few hours, it seems like she gave up on that relatively quickly and I haven't really seen her trying again since that first day--so that's a plus. I was afraid if she kept working on it she would figure out a way to break in eventually, but I guess it is sturdy and complete enough that she didn't perceive any weaknesses or gaps and just gave up trying. That said, no idea if this will last forever. I'm guessing that at some point I may need to replace the carpet tape, especially if I end up needing to move it to get to something under the bed (because yeah, I also use under the bed as storage for things I don't need very often so...it's likely that at some point I'm going to need to break in myself). But they do provide plenty of carpet tape, so I have a ton left over--not too worried about that, as long as the rest of it stands up to the test of time. Having tried other "solutions," notably "scat mats" (spiked plastic sheets that are supposed to be uncomfortable and keep cats away from places you don't want them) under the bed that did almost nothing, this is definitely the first solution that has actually kept her out from under the bed for more than a few minutes. Once you buy all 3 sections, it's not that cheap; but as long as it continues to hold up and keep her out, I'll go ahead and call it worth it. ... show more

I bought two sets to block off three sides of a standard twin-size bed (head, foot, and one long edge - the fourth side is against the wall) to keep my chinchillas from going underneath during playtime. The design is good and snaps together easily - I assembled the sides and used the provided double-sided gummy tape to stick it against the bed frame. So far the chinchillas haven't been able to get past it, so it seems to be working. Only complaint is that the length of the panels didn't line up with the length of the bed, so the long edge has some overhang. I can imagine this probably would not keep out a puppy or kitten, or a determined rabbit, but for two chinchillas it seems to work just fine. ... show more

Quite literally the easiest thing to put together! Assembled the whole perimeter of my queen bed in less than 10 mins. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I thought the plastic barrier would be hard plastic but it's very thin plastic that pliable. Unsure about that but gets the job done! I covered 3/4s of my bed's perimeter with 2 boxes of the 90 in length ones and used every piece! Definitely would recommend! ... show more
