Edit: their customer service team reached out in response to my review and asked how to make it right. By that time I had actually gone to Qalos website and reached out and they had already sent me a new one, no explanation needed, just a picture of the ring, receipt and my address. I am upping my review to 4 stars (from 2) because I do love the ring and their customer service is fantastic. Just don't get the ring if you want something super durable. I liked the ring a lot, it was really pretty and fit well. But literally 1 day after the return window it broke. I realized it felt loose and I looked down at my hand and it had torn where one of the leaves attaches to the next. 2 stars because it was so pretty and I loved it until it broke. But of course since my return window is closed there is no way that Amazon will allow me to contact the seller. Really disappointed, especially due to the price point. ... show more

I’ve purchased a number of silicone rings from Qalo over the years for wearing in the gym, at the beach, etc. I thought this ring was really pretty and now that I’ve got puffy pregnancy fingers and am not able to wear my proper rings, I opted for one of these to wear for the last trimester. So we loved the idea of this ring. Product pictures show the etching to look like leaves. Reality is they look like little footballs. (Look at 2nd pic vs. 3rd) Second, its delicately connected. So if you do anything with your hands that could add tension to this ring, it will break. Mine broke within a month or 2. Qalo replaced it with a different style, no questions asked. It's very cute, and very comfortable, but was not designed very well. Love the concept and would try it again if some changes were made so that it was a lasting product. ... show more

I absolutely love this ring! It’s so cute and flattering. However it broke waaaayyy sooner than my previous qalo rings did and that’s because of the intricacy of this ring unfortunately. Such a bummer. My other standard qalo rings lasted a very long time though.

I've had the ring exactly 1 month and it broke. I work in maintenance so I needed a silicone ring. I loved the design and feel of this ring so much and when it broke I was definitely upset. I expected better quality with the price and brand. Guess I just have to stick to the bigger ones. Edit: company reached out to me and sent a replacement ring.
