To wear them I have found you might need to bend them open slightly, but don't bend them at one point only, spread out the bend over the length of the entire bracelet, a little at a time. They look great and I plan to look for other styles to purchase. The size 7.5 - 8 fits hangs just right on my wrist. The style and design on the bangles are not has deep as the older ones. I have 4mm bangles but these are 3 mm, so I wear them on the opposite wrist with my watch.
