So I did something a little different with this product. My daughter had this adorable space themed nursery. But I’ve been at a loss for something to hold her stuffed animals. I saw this and fell in love. The only problem is her bedroom is pink. So this whole red rocket ship didn’t fit the mold. So I bought this and used the stickers as stencils peeled up the stickers and painted the areas the colors I felt went well with her bedroom. Now she’s has this beautiful girlie rocket ship on her wall! So I’d say this is adjustable, also so is the spring. You can make it tighter it looser depending on how you need it. It was very easy to assemble. Like we had it all up in the wall in no time! The other parts feel very sturdy and honestly I would recommend this product. This is such a great product! I bought it for my son’s space themed room and he absolutely loves it! It was also really easy to hang on the wall and put the decals on. My 5 year old loves this stuffed animal storage zoo. The accessibility of it makes all the difference with this. We have previously owned the stuffed animal storage bean bags and realized that the stuffed animals quickly become "out of sight out of mind." He would never play with them. But now with this, they are always on display and easily reachable for him, which also makes cleanup time a task that he can do independently. It holds a large amount of stuffed animals and we didn't even set it up to its full capacity. Assembly was a labor of love. The instructions were very clear, however the sticker placement takes time and patience. Be prepared to put aside an hour or so of time to put this together. This product is an exercise in frustration. The build quality is extremely poor, relying on cheap materials and rudimentary instructions that make installation unnecessarily difficult. The miniature screwdriver provided is practically useless, failing to effectively mark the wood for screws as instructed. Furthermore, the provided wall-mounting stickers do not adhere properly, constantly falling off, which turns the installation process into a highly frustrating ordeal. I put this up around a week ago. It was easy to put together if you know what you are doing (which i didnt-). Its sturdy and comes with all needed necessities to make it, other than a drill. If you are someone like me who has trouble putting pressure on things, id recommend having a thin paint brush and paint as they ask you to hold to boards up to where you want them and mark where the screws go using a small screwdriver (provided) by pushing it hard through the premade holes in the board to leave a mark on your wall. Using the paint and paintbrush instead required no pushing and left visible areas to indicate where to drill. It functions as its suppsed to, so far has held all of my 16 inch plushies with none falling out. Its size is adjustable to what you need, but only adjustable when you are building it.
