Update: So the attachment that is used to massage your body, you are to take that off and put the brush attachment on it. Unfortunately they don't include that detail in the manual, so it's easy to think they didn't include a piece for the brush attachment. Besides that - the device runs loud and is annoying. Great to keep the hair from coming back. If you use it when the hair is short it doesn’t hurt. Little longer hair pulls and is like an ouchy!

    • Good quality and value, but not for faint of heart
If you have used one before and don’t mind how it feels, then this will probably be a good hair removal product for you. The item itself seems quality, it has 2 different speeds and like 6 different heads so you can get whatever area you want with it. Now, I will say for me personally, it hurt too bad. I wasn’t able to do more than a small section on my leg. That section was very smooth after so I’ll give it that much. But it felt like 20 tweezers on a rotator going at once, just a fast pulling out of the hairs. Definitely not for me, I’m a cry baby. But if you are into threading, tweezing, or waxing then this may be a good option for you! I removed one star since I’m not able to use it due to my pain tolerance, but that being said the quality seems good, value for money seems good because it comes with so many attachments, and where I did use it my leg was really smooth after. ... show more

    • Battery won't hold charge
Charged the epilator as per instructions, but the battery won't hold the charge. It almost immediately goes dead. Reached out to the company for a replacement but got NO HELP. Do not recommend at all.
