I make my own hair oil to use before I wash my hair (which is twice a week) I have had drier hair and a little more thinning around my face since entering into perimenopause. I use one part jojoba oil, one part castor oil and 10-15 drops of rosemary oil. I have seen a significant difference in hair growth and softness in my hair since starting this a couple of months ago.
