This shirt is VERY tight and I had to size up one to a Large. For reference, I'm a size 10 pant, 34DD. It was tight in the chest area. It also has a very high neckline and wish it was a little lower. It doesn't appear to be see-through though, which is good. I would prefer this than over a traditional body suit. Overall, it is OK.
