These are just ok. They have the clunkiness of cleats with the support of being barefoot. In other words, Puma has managed to get the worst of both worlds and put them into one shoe! The only nice thing I can say is that the soles are smoother than regular cross trainers, which makes switching directions and pivoting a lot easier on my knees during Zumba class! I figured since I’ve had these and used them for almost a year, I can review them now. I use them at least 2-3 times a week for cardio and weight training. They have held up great. And they’ve been comfortable since I put them on the first day. Great value for the price.
