I finally made myself wear these. I was so nervous about being disappointed because shoes, even names we all know, are not the same anymore. Well, I waited to long! These were very comfortable for an all regular work day wear. It doesn't feel like there is enough support for an all day standing event. It may, i just haven't had to do it yet. I bought an 8. And my big toe is less that a thumb from the tip of toe as tradition goes but I also can't say it felt bad. Odd in feeling. Love the color! I didn't have an issue with the tongue moving around AND the laces are shorter than most so no over hang. I'm a clutch and I do trip myself-lol. I gave a 4 not a 5 as nothing is perfect. This is pretty close and a really good price. If something changes, I'll edit later. Hope it helps! ... show more

Size up! I'm a size 8 and my big toe was rubbing at the top of the shoe. Seemed okay other than that. I wasn't too keen on the fabric on top, but I liked the pumas on the sides, the heels have a nice design and traction seemed nice though.( I only took 2-3 steps cause my toe was rubbing)

This is my first purchase of Puma shoes, and I love them. I am 5'6" tall, 135 lbs, and i exercise every day for about an hour doing a mix of aerobics and cross training. I wear an 8.5 women's size and while I am a medium width my feet are just short of a wide. These were true to size and roomy in the toe box which is important. If you haven't used cross trainers like these they might feel a bit odd at the beginning. The platform is very stable almost as if you can't roll your foot from side to side. But that is a huge benefit if like me your feet roll outward while walking. It's also a big benefit for cross training classes during which you make sudden side to side movements. These keep you firmly planted on the floor. They look like they would be very heavy, but they are the exact opposite. They are very light but well constructed. On your feet you either love the look or you don't. They make my feet look large especially in width but it doesn't bother me a bit. The comfort is worth it. I tend to wear running tights which accentuates how wide they appear. If you are wearing yoga pants that won't bother you. I wish they came in a wider variety of colors but again - the comfort is worth it. I have not used these outdoors and don't plan to so i can't speak to that. I wear them in the gym for classes like HIIT, boxing and boot camp. And I have also used them on the treadmill, cross trainer and the elliptical.
