I usually get a half size larger because I have othopedic inserts. I read a review that these ran large but I thought that I would be fine because of my inserts. The shoe is very comfortable and the quality of PUMA is terrific but this model does run large.

I have to say, I love the way these look and they fit perfectly, but they are NOT as comfortable as other reviewers experienced. I had to buy insoles for them. I work (constantly walking and standing) on concrete every shift and these were not ideal. The sides, heel, toe and upper were awesome, but the insole was the only issue. I was recently diagnosed with a plethora of health issues and I now have constant foot swelling and pain, with a fallen left arch, and my size 8.5 medium width shoes no longer fit me. I got these pink and black Pumas in a size 9, and in wide width to accommodate my foot swelling.
