I love these shoes and I'm very happy with my purchase, but I can't say that without admitting I'm tolerating them for now. I wear orthotic inserts in my shoes all the time, and I purchased these for work both for the style and the comfort I was hoping to get out of them; both of those things are achieved, but now what has turned out to be the problem, and I'll admit I have been lazy about the idea of sizing up if anything, is that these shoes are a bit too narrow, to the point that I do feel like my feet are a little constricted. I'm kind of also hoping over time that they loosen up a bit and feel less tight. A wide size option would've been perfect.

Update..... I was contacted by PUMA support after my complain and told me this is not their responsibility even if the product has manufacturer defection as long as the order wasn't from PUMA directly, and it's AMAZON fault they receive this item like and I should refer back to Amazon for return or reship of a new item. Horrible customer care from big firm.... The left pair has a product fault, it's bended inside and the leather is frinkeled and loose I'm very disappointed as I bought 5 pairs before from PUMA basic and this never happened

Very impressed. They look great and have a nice bounce to them. Fit is true to size, not narrow at all. Don't size up. I think some people reviewing these are used to modern knit shoes that stretch over their obese feet.
