BEWARE OF DIRECTIONS. For the price I was not expecting anything super high quality. This is good looking, veneer on engineered board, obviously not real wood. But it’s cute and appears to be somewhat sturdy as well as water resistant. The basin sink is very nice, sturdy, heavy, well made as well as the faucet and drain. I was thinking I would need to replace them but they are decent quality. The directions, as others have pointed out, are almost entirely useless. The pieces are mislabeled, as well as the hardware, and there are entire steps that are left out. I looked at a picture of the finished product and figured it out from there. I only kept and referred to the directions for some guidance on the general order of assembly. If you are not *very* familiar with assembling ikea-type furniture then I would caution you away from this- the assembly is ubsurd. It is heavy but not super solid when completed, I wouldn’t want to move it around a lot. I would have liked to use wood glue and locktite as I assembled, but since I was unsure if I was doing it properly I didn’t take the chance! The drawer is very flimsy feeling and I can’t seem to get it lined up correctly as most of the holes for screws are misplaced. I don’t like it enough to work on aligning it right so I’m just getting rid of it and having more of ‘legs’ that the cabinet stands on. I put together with it was quite simple, I noticed the screws for hardware are very cheap. The sink doesn’t really steady. It does move to the sides and it can be over tight it will brake. is ok for the value.

As someone with an engineering-type mind, I ignored the reviews talking about how terrible the directions are. That is my mistake Come on AMAZON, this product should cease to be offered until the manufacturer revises their instructions. There are as many steps left out as there are illustrated in the manual. Complete laziness. Quality of vanity is not that great either. I realize, at this price point, solid wood is not an option. But, press board such as this should be even cheaper.
