I'm honestly a bit shocked by these reviews. Do people not realize how cheap this item is? What did they expect? That being said, for the price point it's very beautiful. The instructions are a bit lacking, I agree. This resulted in my having to take it apart and put it back together the correct way. Pay attention to detail. Read the entire instructions before you start, and last but not least, make sure the tiny screw holes for the hardware align exactly before putting it together. You need it for the placement of your hardware. Though, if you're very mechanically inclined you could probably fix that mistake with a measuring tape. It's a little difficult to get the cabinet doors exactly aligned, and one of my doors came with a chip on the bottom corner which is why I deducted the star. The sink does rotate but it can easily be reset. This isn't a cabinet for toddlers or people who are hard on their environment. It's not meant to be beat up, you'd have to spend A LOT more than $200 for that. This is great for a single person or a couple who isn't a destructive force to be reckoned with. It's not good for people to put in rental units because most tenants are brutes. What it is great for, is to update your own rental if the landlord allows, or condo. If you don't have a lot of money and can take care of your things, this is a fantastic option! ... and to the person with the $1000 plumbing bill, contact the seller for the part, try caulk and get a new plumber. ... show more

This vanity and sink are awesome. The sink is beautiful and well constructed. Set includes a very nice faucet set. So much storage too! Looks great and fits nicely into a small space.

I wanted to provide feedback on the quality of this product and the customer service. I purchased this sink in April 2018 and had it professionally installed. In June 2019 (barley one year later) the drain snapped at the bottom, allowing water to run all over my floors when the sink was in use. I emailed the company and asked how to acquire a new part, and the customer service sent me an Amazon link. I ordered the product immediately but did not try to install it until recently due to a six month deployment. Unfortunately, the customer service sent me a link to a drain that is too small for this sink. Here are my issues: The drain should not have snapped just one year after purchase. This is a strong indicator of poor quality. I have now purchased a replacement part that I cannot use — a waste of money. Frankly, given the short lifespan of the product, I should not have been charged for the replacement part. However, I did not complain, giving the company the benefit of the doubt. I am not asking for any further assistance from the company. I will have the problem corrected AGAIN by a professional plumber after acquiring the correct part. However, I wanted to communicate that I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of this product and with the customer service of the company. I will not purchase any additional products from this company and strongly recommend that others avoid them as well. One more note - the drain also showed a lot of corrosion after the first 6 months. I clean weekly so this wasn’t from lack of upkeep. ... show more

I assembled this item with ease. It took about 3 hours, could have been less, just taking my time. The instructions are fairly clear, just illustrations, no text. The center shelf has a slot in it which is position toward the rear of the unit. I had to cut the shelf and enlarge the slot to allow the vanity to be positioned around my drain trap and the hot & cold water valves. Make sure you secure the drain to the basin and check for leaks before you mount the basin with sealant to the vanity top. The faucet was easy to attach. It is rather tall so you will notice it has some slight movement if pressed to hard, even though it is firmly anchored. You will need a 1-1/4 inch flexible tubing to connect the basin drain to your trap, unless you are lucky enough to have the trap and basin drain line up! I cut and removed the baseboard to allow my vanity to be flush with the rear wall. That was a bit of a project...Overall I recommend this item , I feel like it is great value and I am happy with the purchase and finished product. ... show more

This vanity is very pretty but it was hard to assemble because it was missing holes where it was supposed to have them so I had to drill my own and the shelf dose NOT have the right size hole to pass the water pipe through so I had to ask my contractor to saw a pice if it off to make room… If I had not ripped my old sink vanity off already I would have returned this item . ... show more
