For those up north, I tested this jacket out in the northern US. Temps were between 5 degrees to 20 degrees. What I learned, the body stayed warm with all the heaters (lasted about 4 hours with the body and hand warmers on) but my arms got really cold. The material in the arms isn’t heavy enough to withstand these sub-freezing temperatures. The jacket looks great and I would have kept it if I lived in places that didn’t get under freezing as often as it does here (all 5 months of winter!). Jacket is very warm i ride a motorcycle in 20 degrees and at 40 mph thats in the negative temps and im still warm never cold I usually wear a XL but the large fit me perfectly awesome jacket for the money battery does last about 4-6 hrs depending on temp

Jacket fits and works great but the battery doesn't stay charged long. A full charge only lasts about 3 hours on high. I bought 2 mediums for my husband and a worker. They could have fit in smalls but they layer up so I got them mediums.

Even if this jacket didn’t have the heating feature, it’s probably one of the best constructed jackets I’ve ever purchased. The stitching is strong and perfect and the zippers are of a high quality. I’m currently setting outside, at night and the temperature is 48 degrees and a 21mph wind and I’m warm even on the lowest setting. As a precaution I ordered a spare battery.
